Mums and Baby Yoga

Is your life too busy with your baby and you struggle to find time to improve your health and create a better balance within yourself? How about a yoga practise where babies are most welcome? Time management is an issue for many mums – so joining a Mums and Baby class is a great way to make time for your health without leaving your baby. Our Mums and Baby classes is a great way to meet other mums and gain a deeper understanding how to support yourself in your role as mother and parent.

Starting a regular yoga practise after child birth helps you to regain strength and inner balance. You learn asanas to practise at home, either by yourself or with your baby, and this can be lots of fun. Learn how to give a baby massage and enhance our own energy levels with acupressure points.

We recommend starting the class when you have recovered from child birth. Often it is essential that you give yourself a couple of month to settle into your new routine before you begin any new adventure. Each course is limited to 8 mums, so that we can dedicate our time to you and your baby.

Is my baby the right age to attend?
This course is great for babies who are beyond 8 weeks of age up until they are sitting independently.

What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is a bunny rug or cradle for your baby to lie on.

What if I miss a class?
Enjoy a general class on Monday night to make up for a missed class in a block. Make-up classes need to be pre-booked.

Can I join part way through a course?
Yes, you can join part way through the course, places are subject to availability.

Price: 5 Class Pass for $100 AUD, casual fee 25 AUD
