Sansara Yoga specialises in Prenatal Yoga and offers a comprehensive program to support you during your pregnancy. Our aim is to help you to create confidence in birthing and to assist you with the first steps into motherhood. Pregnancy yoga helps you to make the changes that a baby brings into your life with awareness, love and compassion.

Join our holistic practice which improves general fitness, develops strength, brings focus, balance and relaxation. Our programs includes advice on nutrition, body therapy and mindful meditation techniques. Classes are tailored to women with yoga experiences and absolute beginners. The teachers have been teaching pregnancy yoga for over a decade and are qualified with advanced yoga teacher and prenatal teacher diplomas and are mothers themselves. Ina also holds a Diploma in Shiatsu Therapy and pregnancy shiatsu and blends her knowledge of Chinese Medicine in her teaching. She also runs couple sessions to assist them in their preparation for birth and beyond. Rebecca has a diploma in Remedial Massage.

Mums love the pregnancy sun salutations as the modified flow is suitable for all pregnancy stages. We include sound and visualisation techniques which are of great support for you in labor and enhance the bond with your child. Pregnancy yoga helps you to reconnect with your intuitive body response, an important aspect in labor and beyond. Attending the classes regularly will give you wonderful tools to create a pregnancy and active birth according to your personal needs.

We teach partner stretches and short self-massage techniques to take home to your 'hubbies or partners' for some fun and bonding. Simple shiatsu techniques will support your pregnancy and strengthen your overal body energy.

- pelvic floor exercises - prenatal asanas - breathing techniques - guided meditation and visualisations.

What's new?? With our chair yoga sequence we provide women in the third trimester a much softer practice with more focus on breath work..

Our small classes with maximum of 10 women provide women with special needs additional attention and care.
